....at the start of each summer we enjoy our corgettes (zucchini)...and few weeks later we are starting to look like them!!
...ironically the price also dives the moment we get our first crop...but as we don't have takeaways here (don't get me wrong I'd love to, but with no true gluten free options in our local town it is easier not to go there) one is forced to some quick and easy meals...
Fry in olive oil crushed garlic (to taste) add grated corgettes, and sweet chilli sauce...boil pasta, once cooked, drain and toss through garlic, corgette mix...serve with a squeeze of lemon, black pepper and sea salt....great on it's own or with fish or meat for a bigger meal..

MSG (mono sodium glutamate and all alternatives....food shouldn't need enhancers to make it taste good!!)
imported fresh fruit and vegetables...who needs snowpeas from Kenya in the middle of winter?
polyester and synthetic baby clothing & accessories...why would you wrap your baby in plastic???
